Even though IPv6 is one of the key features by the most of network service providers, but its network equipments are not stable accordingly, so we face a lot of connectivity issues from time to time. Sometimes, it is recommended us to turn IPv6 off for stable internet environment, especially if you use Spectrum in the US.

To create a Windows batch script to disable IPv6, you can use the netsh command. Here's a simple script to turn off IPv6:

@echo off
echo Disabling IPv6...
netsh interface ipv6 uninstall
echo IPv6 disabled successfully.
pause

Save this script with a .bat extension (e.g., disable_ipv6.bat). When you run this script with administrative privileges, it will disable IPv6 on your Windows system.

Below link is the batch file created for easy using:
disable_ipv6.bat

Remember to run batch scripts with caution, especially those requiring administrative privileges, as they can make significant changes to your system configuration. Always verify and understand the script before executing it.

Below code is for enabling IPv6

@echo off
echo Enabling IPv6...
netsh interface ipv6 install
echo IPv6 enabled successfully.
pause

You can use below if you want

enable_ipv6.bat
